2. Are the Porcelite, Mayfair or Ransat ranges seconds?

These ranges are produced overseas and are classed as 'Bestware'. That is, they are selected free from flaws. Being foreign made this also means that they represent very good value for money. Although they do not comply with British Standard BS4034 as Dudson crockery does, they are a very good ranges of hotelware crockery.
