Once your goods have arrived: PLEASE examine all delivery contents before signing for your goods - If it is not possible to examine goods immediately, sign 'damaged'. If you sign for your delivery and subsequently discover damaged items Banks Pottery will be unable to replace the items free of charge. If, upon examination, some items are damaged inform the delivery driver and contact Banks Pottery within 7days, outside of this we will be unable to send any replacements. We can then get the replacements out to you. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the damaged items. To verify damaged items you may be asked to email a photograph of the damage for insurance purposes. Replacement goods will be sent at our discretion.
