FREE DELIVERY Banks Pottery deliver free throughout South Yorkshire and the 'S' postcode region - Including Sheffield, South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire etc... PLEASE NOTE - If your postcode is SA, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SW, SY, you don't qualify for free delivery - sorry. For larger orders (£300.00 net) of mixed items that are further afield (not more than 100 miles) Banks Pottery will endeavour to deliver for free as well.  By CourierWe generally ship via Fed Ex for delivery to UK mainland destinations within 24hrs - Monday to Friday - (We reserve the right to use other courier services.). Small item orders (£4.50 carriage) can sometimes be sent via Royal Mail. For offshore destinations; Scottish Islands, Shetland, Orkney, N Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man/Wight etc please call for a quote.... Saturday Delivery - We can deliver your consignments via Fed Ex saturday service at a cost of £21.95. However, this is not applicable to Scottish Highland, N Ireland and offshore Island addresses - PLEASE NOTE ORDERS TAKEN AFTER 2PM FRIDAY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY> Scottish Highlands: Postcodes - AB 17 to 20, 26 to 29, 31 to 38 and 40 onwards. IV - all. KA all except 27 and 28. PA 20 onwards. PH 4 onwards. These are subject to our Highlands delivery rate of £16.95. Goods ordered before 1pm and are in stock should be with you the next working day!! (If you are in N.Ireland or offshore UK please contact for further details.) Once your goods have arrived: PLEASE examine all delivery contents before signing for your goods - If it is not possible to examine goods immediately, sign 'damaged'. If you sign for your delivery and subsequently discover damaged items Banks Pottery will be unable to replace the items free of charge. If, upon examination, some items are damaged inform the delivery driver and contact Banks Pottery within 7days, outside of this we will be unable to send any replacements. We can then get the replacements out to you. To verify damaged items you may be asked to email a photograph of the damage for insurance purposes. Replacement goods will be sent at our discretion.
