FREE delivery on all Porcelite,Churchill and Dudson hotelware crockery with an order value greater than £300 (not including VAT). This offer only applies to mainland UK only. Offshore UK Islands and beyond please call/Email for a quote.

FREE DELIVERY
Banks Pottery deliver free throughout South Yorkshire and the 'S' postcode region - Including Sheffield, South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire etc...

For larger orders (£300.00 net) of mixed items that are further afield (not more than 100 miles) Banks Pottery will endeavour to deliver for free as well.

By Courier
We generally ship via The Fastway Courier Network for delivery to UK mainland destinations within 48hrs, but usually 24hrs. Small item orders (£4.50 carriage) can sometimes be sent via Royal Mail.

For offshore destinations; N Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man/Wight etc please call for a quote....

Goods ordered before 1pm and are in stock could be with you the next working day!! (If you are in N.Ireland or offshore UK please contact for further details.)

We can ship to Europe and, of course, worldwide. Please contact us for a carriage quote. NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any breakages on orders that are shipped to Europe and worldwide. We do pack overseas orders very well to avoid this.

All goods are carefully wrapped and boxed of course, but accidents can happen.

PLEASE examine all delivery contents before signing for your goods. If you sign for your delivery and subsequently discover damaged items Banks Pottery will be unable to replace the items free of charge. If, upon examination, some items are damaged inform the delivery driver and contact Banks Pottery as soon as possible. We can then get replacements out to you.
To verify damaged items you may be asked to email a photograph of the damage for insurance purposes.
