If you have received damaged goods we will do our best to replace the items as swiftly as possible. We may ask you to photograph the damage and email the picture to us.

If you have received incorrect items we will endeavour to get the correct items to you as quickly as we can. We will arrange for the wrongly sent items to be collected by courier. We may need to send you (via email) shipping labels to attach to the box(es). To keep costs to a minimum the return of small items may be returned best through Royal Mail. We will refund any postage costs incurred.

If you have ordered the wrong items we will arrange for the correct items to get to you as quickly as we can and the incorrect items back to us. However, you may be liable for extra carriage costs.
