Terms and Conditions
Any transaction entered into by 'The Customer' with Banks Pottery of Rotherham, England (herein referred to as 'The Company' shall be governed by the laws of England and carried out subject to the conditions stated below.
Prices - The Company reserves the right to amend any of their prices without prior notice. Orders placed with the companyare accepted on the conditionthat goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of delivery.
Value Added Tax - Allorders for goods and/or services are subject to the current rate of VAT on the net invoice value. The date of the invoice is the tax point for VAT.
Payment - Goods will only be despatched when payment has been received in full, by credit/debit card, cleared cheque or cash. Where accounts for goods and/or services have been approved for credit, payment for goods and/or serices become due 30 days after the invoice date. The company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Ownership of the Goods - Untill payment for the goods and/or services has been received in full the ownership of the goods remains with The Company.
