All goods are carefully bubble wrapped and boxed of course, but accidents can happen.
PLEASE examine all delivery contents before signing for your goods - contact Banks Pottery within 7days, outside of this we will be unable to send any replacements. We can then get the replacements out to you.
Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the damaged items.
