Returns & Replacements

If you have received damaged goods we will do our best to replace the items as swiftly as possible. We may ask you to photograph the damage and email the picture to us.
Please be aware that if you are buying 'factory seconds' there may be visible blemishes, that's why they are seconds. Banks Pottery reserve the right to refuse to replace seconds items if we regard any blemishes as within normal seconds parameters. Again, we may ask for photographic evidence.
If you have received incorrect items we will endeavour to get the correct items to you as quickly as we can at our expense. We will usually, arrange for the wrongly sent items to be collected by courier. We may need to send you (via email) shipping labels to attach to the box(es). To keep costs to a minimum the return of small items may be returned best through Royal Mail. We will refund any postage costs incurred.
If you have ordered items that you subsequently do not require or are incorrect we can arrange for the correct items to get to you as quickly as we can and the incorrect items back to us. If you wish us to arrange collection that's no problem - this will be at a cost of £10.00 +vat. If you wish to arrange your own courier for the return that is fine too.
If you wish to cancel your order, as per your rights as described within the distance selling regulations, you have 7 days after you have received your order (ascertained by our tracking) in which to do so.

Please note that you are liable for all return costs, we can arrange for them to be collected by courier, and you will be charged £10.00 +vat (deducted from your refund) or simply send them however you wish. Please pack all items for return very well as you could be also liable for any breakages that are received by us (Unless previously notified).
Once your goods have been received by Banks Pottery we will issue a refund - including the original despatch costs (if any) - Please note that the refund can only be refunded to the original card details supplied or to the Paypal email address under which the original payment was made.
